Service Interruptions and Changes to the Site

Zoeller reserves the right to interrupt the Services with or without prior notice for any reason or no reason. You agree that Zoeller will not be liable for any interruption of the Services, delay or failure to perform. Zoeller has the right at any time for any reason or no reason to change and/or eliminate any aspect(s) of the Site as it sees fit in its sole discretion.

Eligibility

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY COPYRIGHT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE WITH RESPECT TO USER CONTENT YOU POST ON THE SITE, AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY VALUE ATTRIBUTED TO SUCH USER CONTENT OR OTHER DATA BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, ZOELLER DOES NOT PROVIDE OR GUARANTEE, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS (SUBJECT TO ANY UNDERLYING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE USER CONTENT OR SITE CONTENT), ANY VALUE, CASH OR OTHERWISE, ATTRIBUTED TO ANY DATA RESIDING ON THE COMPANY’S SERVERS. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ZOELLER HAS THE RIGHT, BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION, TO REMOVE ANY SITE CONTENT (INCLUDING YOUR USER CONTENT) IN WHOLE OR IN PART AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE AND WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND.
